Jaca Scam Alerts

Jaca is being falsely represented through various scam emails, fake Facebook pages, and fraudulent websites claiming to offer opportunities to win or receive Jaca gift cards or vouchers by:

1. Completing a 'Customer Satisfaction' Survey and providing personal details

2. Sharing, commenting on, and 'liking' a Facebook page

3. Calling a specified phone number and sharing personal information

4. Clicking on a link in an email that directs to a malicious website

Jaca is not affiliated with any of these activities. We only use our official Facebook page for promotions, and we will never ask for personal or banking details via email, phone, or online in unsolicited messages.

If an offer seems too good to be true or appears suspicious, it likely is.

Jaca reports all known scams to Consumer Affairs and encourages customers to protect themselves and others by reporting their experience to Scamwatch.
